There is never any cost to the school at any time. Nor do we take a portion of the fees that are collected by the school.

Are there any fees that we can not collect using SchoolFees.US?
Virtually everything for which you collect money at school can be collected by SchoolFees.US
Can we import student ID numbers and names from another database into the SchoolFees.US spreadsheet?
Probably. It mostly depends upon the functionality of your records management system. We will work with you to make this happen if it is indeed possible.
Setting up the fees list and inputting the student names may take up a large portion of our staff time. Do you help with that?
We certainly do. In fact, if you will send us lists of your fees and the student's names, we will do the initial setup for you. AT NO COST!
How long do we have to wait before we receive notification that a payment has been made for a particular student?
About two minutes! As soon as payment is made, your spreadsheet will be updated and color coded to indicate a recent payment for that student.
Why don.t we just design our own system and collect the transaction fees ourselves?
You could certainly do that, but there are a number of reasons why you shouldn't,including: programming time and cost, hardware costs of a dedicated server and server maintenance,the cost of an SSL certificate and dedicated firewall, and providing customer support to parents.
Are there other companies that provide the same service for less?
Yes and No. Yes, there are other companies who will collect your fees. And no, no one does it for less nor do they provide the same level of support to schools and parents as SchoolFees.US.
How is money transferred to our account?
Two times per month, SchoolFees.US utilizes an Electronic Funds Transfer to your specified account.
Can we track, in real time, the amount of money collected?
Yes! At any time, the district administrator can log in and run a report that indicates the amount of money collected in fees and by fee type for any school in the district. The school administrator can do the same for his/her school.

Is it safe for me to pay my child's school fees online?
Absolutely! SchoolFees.US utilizes optimal levels of security to make certain that your personal and credit card information are not obtained by any other person or company. We have a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate from GeoTrust that ensures your transactions are safe from intruders.
What if I want to make monthly payments for my child.s fees instead of paying them at one time?
No problem. If you anticipate making multiple transactions in one 12 month period, you should enroll in our Premier Account option that does not charge you for these additional transactions.
Will I receive notification when the school has posted my child.s fees?
Yes. You will receive notification via email that your school has posted a new fee for your child. In addition, you will receive monthly reminders if your child has outstanding fees.
I have three children at different schools in the same district. Can I pay all of their fees in a single transaction?
Absolutely! Just check the fees you want to pay and how much you want to pay, and the correct amounts will be posted to each child.s account.
Will I be able to Log in and view my payment history?
Any time you want to see how much you have paid and which fees you have paid, Log in using your username and password and you will be able to obtain a detailed payment history for your account.
Why do I have to pay a fee every time I make a payment online, even if I have setup a Premier Account?
This is a standard credit card transaction fee and goes directly to the credit card service company. Instead of quietly adding these fees in to the school fees, we want you to know exactly what you are paying for. Any time you make a purchase online, you are paying this fee, regardless of whether the merchant tells you or not.

You should call SchoolFees.US at 1-800-489-0190 if you experience any difficulty in using our site.
How can SchoolFees.US afford to charge such a small fee for this service?
We only charge a minimal per transaction fee or $9 per year for unlimited transactions because we believe that a large number of parents will experience the security and convenience of using SchoolFees.US to pay all of their child.s fees. In addition, we do not want use of our service to be a financial burden on parents, so we have made our cost the lowest in the business.
